We are very grateful to itapart for helping us choose and buy an apartment on Lake Como. We live in New York, but we love Italy very much, and often come here to relax with our children. We thought for a long time about where exactly to buy a second home in Liguria by the sea or on Lake Como. In the end, we decided on Como. We called several agencies that could help us, but in the end, we chose Itapart. The employees spoke Russian and were somehow sincere, open, or something.

We looked at 10 apartments. We tried to find one with a view of the lake, but the prices were astronomical! In the end, we chose one further from the shore, but in a very, very good location and very cozy. Area 65 sq. m. Two bedrooms, with a balcony. Completely renovated house and facade and entrance. The apartment itself also had good repairs. The owners were selling it for 220,000 euros, but we, together with the itapart manager, bargained with them for a long time and persistently. We ended up buying it for 200,000. The 20,000 discount certainly made us happy. But most of all, we were happy with our wonderful little apartment. Thanks to the guys from Itapart. And it’s time for us to buy furniture and other nice little things!! Hurray!))
